Spring tourism booms in Quzhou

Many kinds of foods and snacks can be found on Mazhandi Food Street in Kecheng district, including fried dried rice noodles, dry mixing spicy hotchpotch, duck head, Quzhou hotcake and snakehead noodles, which are all well-known time-honored dishes in Quzhou. Zheng Jinhua, the owner of Mantianxiang Duck Head on Mazhandi Food Street, which has operated on the street for 17 years, was recently busy delivering goods to out-of-town customers. There have been 10 special tourist trains from Anhui, Hunan, Sichuan, Shanghai and other places to Quzhou so far, all of which carried large tourist groups of more than 500 people.
