Beyond the essential amenities - restaurants, a medical centre, an XXL wine cellar - residents will also be able to bring home comfort on board, customising their rooms to their liking. Residents hoping to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life are expected to be able to take out a 50 year lease to stay on the ship in rooms ranging from 112 to 1000sq-m. Those with lives still on land will have access to two helicopters on board to bring guests back and forth.
