Video: Alaska Airlines plane door blows out mid-air, unoccupied seat ejected

An Alaska Airlines flight, carrying 174 passengers and six crew members, made an emergency landing in Portland, Oregon, in the United States on Friday after an exit door and an adjacent unoccupied seat blew out mid-air. “Alaska Airlines Flight 1282 from Portland, Oregon, to Ontario, California, experienced an incident this evening soon after departure. The aircraft landed safely back at Portland International Airport with 174 guests and 6 crew members," the airline said. The Boeing Airplanes said, "We are aware of the incident involving Alaska Airlines Flight AS1282.
