The Gujarat Police on Friday busted an illegal manufacturing unit involved in making spurious liquor in Mehsana district and arrested two people, officials said. After receiving a tip-off, police raided and busted a mini factory manufacturing illicit foreign liquor in a field in Acharasan village in Mehsana. During the operation, police arrested two people who were making illicit liquor and seized more than 100 litres of fake foreign booze. "We had received information that illegal liquor was being sold near Kadi, after which the police raided Acharasan village where this mini-factory was found.
