Ken Yager urinated on himself when he was arrested for driving under the influence after a hit-and-run crash in Georgia on Tuesday afternoon, the Georgia Department of Public Safety has confirmed. The arresting officers “detected a distinct odor of alcohol on his breath” and asked Yager to take a breathalyzer test, which returned a breath alcohol content of 0.14, well above the legal limit of 0.08.
