Rakul Preet Singh is all set for the release of her fourth film, Doctor G, with Ayushmann Khurrana. After speaking about the film and her role in the project, Rakul bared it out on Hindi films receiving flak and also shared her take on the Hindi vs South debate. In the midst of the cancel culture in Bollywood, we at IndiaToday.in, asked Rakul Preet Singh if Hindi films have been receiving unnecessary flak in recent times. It’s not about Hindi films or Telugu films, South or Western films, a good film will land well with people and not a good film will not land well. Whatever is good, the audience is very smart and they will watch it.” ‘THERE IS NO DEBATE, WE ARE NOT TWO DIFFERENT SECTIONS’ The Hindi vs South cinema had snowballed into an issue after films like Pushpa, RRR, KGF 2, worked wonders at the box office while Bollywood films did not.
