The book, published by LexisNexis, was released by former Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court, Justice Mukul Mudgal, and senior advocate and former Attorney General, Soli J Sorabjee. In the NJAC judgment, the Supreme court trivialised the basic structure doctrine, saying it is not independence of judiciary, but its primacy which constitutes the basic structure.
