The second day of the Winter Session of Parliament witnessed light-hearted scenes between Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar and Trinamool Congress MP Derek O'Brien. On Tuesday, Dhankhar, who is also the Rajya Sabha Chairman, playfully interrupted the Trinamool leader while the latter was speaking about West Bengal's development. Derek O'Brien mentioned West Bengal's impressive growth rate of 8.4 per cent in the current financial year.
