Auto Expo 2020: From participants to tickets, here's everything you need to know about India's largest auto show
FirstpostThe Auto Expo debuted in 1986 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Over the years, the show grew from strength to strength and by 2006, it had begun to see new launches, concept vehicles, and huge overseas participation and in 2008, it was accredited by Organisation Internationale des Constructeurs d’Automobiles, making it one of the world’s most premier auto shows. With the Indian automotive industry going through a phase of changes, we expect many new technologies, including many electric vehicles which are expected to dominate the show. The 2020 Indian Auto Expo will be held at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida from February 07 to February 12, 2020. Car manufacturers participating are as follows: Skoda Maruti Suzuki Volkswagen Renault Mahindra Hyundai Mercedes-Benz Tata Kia Motors Morris Garages Great Wall Motors Car manufacturers that are not participating this year are: Honda Audi BMW Lexus Toyota Volvo Ford Jaguar Land Rover FCA Citroen List of two-wheeler manufacturers taking part are as follows: Suzuki Piaggio Okinawa List of two-wheeler manufacturers not taking part are as follows: Honda Triumph TVS Bajaj-KTM Yamaha Jawa Motorcycles Hero MotoCorp Royal Enfield Kawasaki Ducati BMW Motorrad Harley Davidson Ather Energy Motoroyale Tickets Prices of the tickets range between Rs 350 and Rs 750, depending on which day you visit the Expo.
