Thought he'll rule for 30 yrs like Saddam Hussein of Andhra: Nara Lokesh on Jagan

India Today

Andhra Pradesh Minister Nara Lokesh, while asserting that Rushikonda Palace - the Rs 500 crore sprawling mansion across a 10-acre plot - was a project of Andhra Pradesh government, compared former Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy with Saddam Hussein. The Andhra Pradesh IT Minister also alleged that Reddy built three structures: one for himself, two for his daughters, and a special camp office for his wife, Bharathi. Lokesh also said that Rs 500 crore were spent on the construction, and due to environmental violations - the Rushikonda hill was cut in half to build the complex - the state was fined. Stating that the state government would reveal Rushikonda Palace to the public, he said it would reveal Jagan Mohan Reddy’s excessive spending.
