Terror suspect Mohammed G. released from custody

The court in Maastricht released 26 year old suspected terrorist Mohammed G. from custody on Wednesday. According to his lawyer, Serge Weening, G. spent two weeks in the special security prison in Vught on suspicion of attempted participation in a criminal organization, without there being any evidence for it, AD reports. "The evidence that was given is that he has a beard of four weeks and is wearing a long black robe", Weening said. A spokesperson for the Public Prosecutor told AD that G. remains a suspect despite his release.
