Under Modi govt, surgical strike happens just before elections: Congress
India TodayThe Congress on Sunday said that under the Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government, a "surgical strike" always happens just before the elections. The party also alleged that the government will now politicise the Indian Army's action on terror camps in Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir to "divert the public's attention from the real issues" plaguing the society. Speaking to news agency ANI, Congress's Akhilesh Singh said, "Under Modi ji's government, whenever there's an election in a big state, a pattern of surgical strike is formed.
