Google updates iOS app with Material Design, maps integration

Google Search for iOS users has been given a new design. iOS has brought in a similar appearance to Android Lollipop’s Material Design along with many new features. iOS has brought in a similar appearance to Android Lollipop’s Material Design along with many new features and optimisation for the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. In a blog post, the company announced that apart from the design update, there are three major updates which include Recents, Google Maps integration and independent Google button.
