Declan Rice has slammed UEFA's decision to ban West Ham fans from attending the club's next away game in the Europa League as 'laughable'. West Ham were charged following crowd disturbances during the Europa League tie at Genk Declan Rice was furious with UEFA's verdict and described the decision as 'laughable' The West Ham midfielder questioned why Rapid Vienna had not been punished for alleged similar offences in the reverse game Those charges were upheld by UEFA on Monday.
