Delhi govt has failed to protect life of its citizens, situation is very bad: HC

The Delhi government has failed to protect the life of its citizens, said a bench of the Delhi HC on Friday. It is a complete failure of the state, the Delhi High Court said on Friday while hearing the matter of oxygen shortage in the capital as it asked suppliers to cooperate amid the ongoing crisis. The court told oxygen suppliers, "Please understand, this is not a battle, it’s a war. Oxygen suppliers told the court, "We are providing all the data of our oxygen supply to the Delhi Government on a daily basis. After the hearing resumed on Friday afternoon, the advocate appearing before the Delhi HC asked the court to constitute a special investigation team to investigate into the negligence of the authorities during the Covid crisis.
