New Laws to be Introduced in India for Better Policing: Amit Shah
Deccan ChronicleHyderabad: At the time the Parliamentary standing committee is scheduled a meeting to adopt new laws in Delhi on Friday, the Union Home Minister Amit Shah today stressed the need to implement new Laws such as the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 and the Bharatiya Sakshya Bill 2023 replacing the existing Indian Penal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure and the Indian Evidence Act. Speaking on the occasion, Amit Shah said that the IPS probationers, who finished training at the National Police Academy, will have to implement new laws which are being implemented by the governments. "The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 and the Bharatiya Sakshya Bill 2023 replacing the existing Indian Penal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure and the Indian Evidence Act. The government is keen to introduce such Acts in India and the passing out IPS probationers must implement such Laws for better policing in the country," Amit Shah said.
