
Loan pact signed between HUDCO and CRDA for capital Amaravati construction
Deccan ChronicleA landmark loan agreement was signed between the Housing and Urban Development Corporation and the Capital Region Development Authority in the presence of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Sunday. The event was attended by urban development minister P Narayana, HUDCO chairman and MD Sanjay Kulshreshtha and officials from the municipal administration department. Narayana said, "As per this deal, HUDCO will extend a loan of Rs.11,000 crore for the capital construction. Its board meeting in Mumbai on January 22 gave the nod for the loan.” Apart from Sanjay Kulshrestha, HUDCO directors M Nagaraj and Daljeet Singh Khatri, along with its AP regional chief BSA Murthy, joint GM SM Srinivas and senior manager Subba Rao visited the Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy Varla Devasthanam atop Indrakeeladri here on Sunday.
