Delhi government to add 100 new electric buses in March

In a bid to improve the air quality of the national capital and reduce pollution, the Arvind Kejriwal-led Delhi government will be adding 100 new electric buses in March. As per the report by Hindustan Times, 200 more e-buses will be added by mid-May, which will take up the electric bus fleet to 300. A senior official revealed that around 50 electric buses will be introduced in the first week of March. 330 e-buses to be launched by year-end Apart from this, the Delhi Transport Corporation is aiming to add another 330 e-buses by the end of the year.
