New GOP dig shows childless attacks not just a 'savvy political calculation': MSNBC host

Vance's criticism of "childless cat ladies," an MSNBC host noted Tuesday that now that yet another Republican waded into the childless attacks, the GOP has shown these are more than just political attacks. Sarah Huckabee Sanders told rally-goers, "My kids keep me humble," as she teed up an attack on Vice President Kamala Harris. Sanders' comments come after Vance's controversial comments about "childless cat ladies" resurfaced — and even garnered a jab from Taylor Swift, who posted a photo of her and her cat as she endorsed Harris. Vance specifically mentioned Vice President Kamala Harris, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and said "the entire future of the Democratic Party is controlled by people without children" — people, he argued, who don't have a "direct stake" in the country's future.
