Google Chrome Gets Live Caption That Shows English Transcriptions of Video, Audio Content

Google Chrome browser is getting an update that introduces the much-awaited Live Caption feature. To enable Live Caption on Google Chrome v89, head to Settings > Advanced > Accessibility. At the moment, the Live Caption works with English audio; however, Google may add support for more languages in future. A toggle for Live Caption will show up in the Chrome toolbar, allowing users to quickly turn on or off the feature without having to dig deep into the Settings.
