Hyderabad: Justice K. Laxman of the Telangana High Court on Monday admitted a writ petition against residents of Sonapur Thanda of Nirmal district, filed by Dharani Breeders Private Limited, who alleged local interference causing hurdles to their poultry business, now with over 300 chicks, and questioning the failure of authorities in ensuring conducive atmosphere for business.
