A timer device with Ammonium Nitrate and RDX was used in the Improvised Explosive Devise recovered from Delhi's Ghazipur Flower Market on January 14, the National Security Guard has said in its report submitted to the Delhi Police. In its report, the NSG has said that a timer run by battery, ammonium nitrate and RDX were used in the IED found at Ghazipur.
