Byju Raveendran In this case, a bench comprising former CJI DY Chandrachud and Justices JB Pardiwala, Manoj Misra set aside the order of the NCLAT which closed the insolvency proceedings against ed-tech company Byju's accepting a settlement between it and the Board of Control for Cricket in India for about Rs 158 crores.
