The most favoured messaging app, WhatsApp might become a thing of past for many users across a globe as the company recently issued a statement warning the users that they would end support for some android and ios devices. Currently, the messaging app supports Android devices running OS 4.0.3+ and iOS devices running iOS 9+ and phones running KaiOS 2.5.1+, including the JioPhones. However, as per new regulations, some phones running operating systems older than these will not receive WhatsApp support from February 1, 2020.
