Kerala: AI cameras detect 38,520 traffic violations in first 12 hours of implementation
AI cameras came into effect in Kerala on Monday and reportedly, in the first 12 hours of implementation of the high-tech cameras, 38,520 violations were recorded. The AI cameras are being used to detect traffic offences like motorists who fail to wear helmets, triple riding on two-wheelers, no seatbelt use by car passengers, drivers using mobile phones while driving, jumping red signals, overspeeding, and dangerous and illegal parking.
