But Ben and Jerry’s is pushing the envelope even further with its new ice cream flavour, which features crisps, or potato chips as they say in North America. As well as crisps, the chocolate ice cream also contains fudge pieces and “salty swirls”. “When smooth chocolate ice cream meets fudge chips and salty swirls, they pack a serious one-two crunch. Last year, the ice cream maker created a new flavour called Justice ReMix’d to “spotlight structural racism in a broken criminal legal system”.
