Amit Shah, CM Naveen Patnaik launch national highway projects in Odisha

Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik on 5 August inaugurated and laid foundation stone of various development projects in Bhubaneswar. Other minister including Education Minister Dharmendra Minister and Odisha Minister Prafulla Kumar Mallik were also present at the event While speaking at the event, Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik said, "This year we plan to include 6,500 km of road and construction around 300 bridges.In recent years, we have completed two airports.Odisha always believes in cooperative federalism. “Bordoloi, who was the first chief minister of Assam, made immense contribution to keep the northeast region as an integral part of India,” Shah said while addressing the event. Describing the national highways as the "fate-line" of the nation, Shah said PM Modi has always stressed on infrastructure development projects as they change the fate of a region.
