India captain Rohit Sharma has explained the reason behind his frequent on-field outbursts at teammates, saying that his criticism is always aimed at bringing out the best for the team. Speaking to Star Sports after India’s Champions Trophy triumph over New Zealand, Rohit clarified that his teammates understand his intentions and know it’s for the betterment of the side. Rohit’s intense approach was evident during the Champions Trophy semi-final against Australia, when he and Virat Kohli were seen scolding Kuldeep Yadav. Kohli quickly collected the ball and threw it toward Kuldeep at the non-striker’s end, but Kuldeep failed to gather it, leading to visible frustration from both Rohit and Kohli.
