A Writ Petition was filed before the Bombay High Court wherein NEET-UG aspirants had prayed before the court that they should be permitted to take the said examination in Urdu medium.A Division Bench of Justices R. K. Deshpande and Pushpa V. Ganediwala heard the matter on Monday and directed that notice to the respondents be issued wherein NEET-UG aspirants had prayed before the court that they should be permitted to take the said examination in Urdu medium. On Thursday the counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 made a statement before the Court that the question of permitting the petitioners to undergo NEET 2020 examination to be held on 13.09.2020 in Urdu medium and providing them question papers accordingly is under consideration and appropriate decision shall be taken in the matter by tomorrow. 3 made a statement before the Court that the petitioners shall be permitted to undergo NEET examination to be held on 13.09.2020 in Urdu medium and shall be provided question papers in Urdu medium.
