Burglar stealing from business has his getaway car STOLEN

An alleged Washington burglar's getaway car was stolen while he was busy stealing from a store across the street and another thief dashed off with the vehicle. William Kelley, of Kennewick, had allegedly just stolen items from a store on the 500 block of E Bruneau and was returning to his red 1992 Chevy pick-up truck that he left in a parking lot when he saw it suddenly speeding away.
