Haveri: Haveri MP and Former Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has accused the state government of underreporting dengue deaths to hide its failures. Bommai criticized the government for not making adequate arrangements despite his earlier warnings about the rising dengue cases. In another allegation, Bommai accused the state government of misusing funds meant for SC/ST communities. Bommai criticized the misuse of Valmiki Corporation funds and accused the government of betraying SC/ST and OBC communities.
