Odido's potential IPO could raise over €1 billion

NL Times

Telecom company Odido could generate more than 1 billion euros through an initial public offering, according to sources cited by Bloomberg. The IPO, which would involve listing Odido on the Amsterdam stock exchange, is expected to take place in the first half of the year. Bloomberg initially reported in November 2024 that Odido was considering an IPO, aiming for a total valuation of approximately 7 billion euros. At the time, a spokesperson for Odido declined to comment, dismissing the speculation as “purely conjecture.” Odido is currently owned by private equity firms Apax Partners and Warburg Pincus, who acquired the company—then known as T-Mobile Nederland—from Deutsche Telekom in 2021.
