Privately, many Congress leaders insist that the AAP’s loss in Delhi will mark the beginning of the Grand Old Party’s resurgence—not just in the national capital in 2030 but even in Punjab in 2027, where crucial elections are scheduled. This prompted leaders like National Conference’s Omar Abdullah and Shiv Sena ’s Sanjay Raut to voice their frustration at the infighting between INDIA bloc partners, which they believed handed the BJP a victory.
