Read our privacy policy Caroline Flack’s boyfriend Lewis Burton has denied that his blood appears in a photograph of a blood-stained bed allegedly taken after the altercation that led to Flack’s December arrest. Posting to his Instagram story alongside the photograph in question, Lewis exclaimed: “B******t this blood isn’t mine and I didn’t get hit over the head with a lamp, can everyone stop now.” He added, “I love this girl more than anything, no one knows what’s going on or what’s happened. Burton’s Instagram Story, featuring a photograph of a blood-stained bed Flack was arrested and charged with assault by beating after police were called to her Islington, north London, home on 12 December. Flack’s long-running role as presenter of Love Island came to an end following her arrest, with Laura Whitmore announced as the show’s new host for its forthcoming winter series.
