Kishan Reddy condemns attack on BJP office in Hyderabad
The HinduTelangana BJP president and Union Minister of Coal & Mines G. Kishan Reddy has strongly condemned the ‘attack’ on the party’s State office on Exhibition Road in Nampally, Hyderabad allegedly by Youth Congress Party activists and questioned the need for such acts when the party MP concerned has already expressed regret over his remarks against Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi, on Tuesday. “The attack on the party office only showcases the ‘deteriorating’ law and order situation in Telangana where ruling party goons are being unleashed against political and other opponents ever since the Congress has returned to power,” he said. In a separate statement, general secretary K. Venkateshwarlu has termed it a ‘government raid’ and held the Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee president Mahesh Kumar Goud responsible for the violent act. Aruna, Eatala Rajender, former MLC N. Ramchander Rao and many others strongly reacted to the attack on the State party office allegedly by YC activists and demanded the police to immediately arrest those responsible.
