No evidence to show Chhota Rajan is called Nana, CBI court while discharging him in 23-yr-old case

One of the main evidence that pointed to Rajan's involvement was a statement by Shah, which claimed that when the shooters shot at Sharma, they allegedly said, "Nana se dushmani leneka nateeja dekha.". THE COURT ORDER However, special MCOCA judge AM Patil perused Shah's deposition in court and noted that the accused did not remember the line and had in fact been declared hostile during trial and was cross-examined by Gharat and even then he denied that the accused had uttered the words, "Nana se dushmani leneka nateeja dekha?"
