Jharkhand High Court reprimands JSSC for not publishing Panchayat Sachivalaya recruitment results

Jharkhand High Court has reprimanded the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission and the personnel department of Jharkhand and have asked them to file an affidavit in four weeks regarding why the final result of their recruitment drive started off in 2017 is yet to be published despite the court order. JSSC recruitment hanging for years The JSSC recruitment process for appointment on different post in Panchayat Sachivalaya had started off way back in 2017. Hearing on the petition of Om Kapur versus Jharkhand government, Jharkhand High Court had passed an order to publish the results within eight weeks. It has asked both JSSC and the personnel department to file its reply and affidavit in four weeks stating why the compliance of Jharkhand High Court on the issue of the final merit list of Panchayat Sachivalaya was not ensured.
