SC Collegium Recommends Appointment Of Additional Judges Of Kerala, Bombay & Jharkhand HCs As Permanent [Read Resolutions]
Live LawThe Supreme Court Collegium has approved the proposal for making permanent four Additional Judges of the Kerala High Court, four Additional Judges of the Bombay High Court and two Additional Judges of the Jharkhand High Court. The following Additional Judges have been recommended to be made permanent at the Kerala HC: Justice VG Arun Justice N. Nagaresh Justice TV Anilkumar Justice N. Anil Kumar All the abovementioned Judges were appointed as Additional Judges of High Court of Kerala on November 5, 2018. The following Additional Judges have been recommended to be made permanent at the Bombay HC: Justice SM Modak Justice Jamadar N. Jahiroddin Justice Vinay G. Joshi Justice Avachat R. Govind All the abovementioned Judges were appointed as Additional Judges of High Court of Bombay on October 11, 2018. The following Additional Judges have been recommended to be made permanent at the Jharkhand HC: Justice Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi Justice Deepak Roshan Both of them were appointed as Additional Judges of High Court of Jharkhand vide Government order dated February 12, 2019.
