Extra work from home days at Infosys needs manager's nod: Report

Infosys has made it clear that employees who need additional work-from-home days beyond the required limit must get their manager’s approval. This comes as the Bengaluru-based IT company rolled out a new mandate on Monday, which requires its employees to work from the office at least 10 days a month. In an internal email last week, Infosys’ functional heads reminded employees to limit their WFH requests, effective March 10. "Our hybrid work model expects employees to work from the office for at least 10 days a month, or as per business requirements, whichever is higher," as quoted by ET in the report.
