HENDERSON, Nev. — Yet again, the Las Vegas Raiders find themselves in a state of transition. Here’s a guide to the Raiders roster heading into the offseason: Players entering free agency The Raiders have 27 players set to become free agents. Guard Jordan Meredith, defensive end Charles Snowden, defensive tackle Matthew Butler, linebacker Kana’i Mauga and cornerback Sam Webb are exclusive restricted free agents, which means the Raiders can prevent them from testing the open market if they offer them a contract tender. The only player the Raiders could consider using the franchise or transition tag on is safety Tre’von Moehrig, but that feels like an unlikely route for them. Only six of those players have any guaranteed money left on their contracts: defensive tackle Christian Wilkins, center Andre James, defensive end Tyree Wilson, tight ends Brock Bowers and Michael Mayer and guard Jackson Powers-Johnson.
