A new snake species has been named after the famous Hollywood actor and producer, Leonardo DiCaprio. The species, named 'Anguiculus dicaprioi', was discovered in the western Himalayas in Himachal Pradesh, India. The researchers, led by HT Lalremsanga, a professor at the Department of Zoology at Mizoram University, found the new species while studying the lesser-known species of India's reptiles. The new species is classified under the genus 'Anguiculus' and is found at heights of approximately 6,000 feet above sea level.
