"The reason I made the book and the purpose of the book was to give kids the opportunity that I never had but as I got older it is something that is really important.” Fending off competition from other category winners including Sir Paul McCartney for The Lyrics and Meg Mason for Sorrow and Bliss, Rashford’s book was praised by a panel of judges that included broadcaster Gabby Logan.
