Rajasthan: Tension Flares Up In Bhilwara After Man stabbed To Death, Internet Services Suspended

New Delhi: Internet services in Rajasthan's Bhilwara was suspended Wednesday after a stabbing incident near the Kotwali Police Station area, reported news agency ANI. Tension flared up in the area after a 22-year-old man was allegedly stabbed to death on Tuesday night, prompting the police to take precautionary measures, including stepping up security to avoid any untoward incident. "Internet services in Bhilwara to remain suspended till 6 am on Thursday, 12th May," said Ashish Modi, Bhilwara District Collector, as reported by ANI. In order to stop people from spreading rumours, the police suspended internet services and deployed additional police personnel to maintain law and order.
