KFC top chef Mitch Orr shares recipe for chicken katsu curry at home
Daily MailTop Sydney chef Mitch Orr has created a mouthwatering katsu curry using KFC's iconic crumbed chicken fillets. To make the dish at home you'll need KFC zinger fillets, large chips, Golden Curry Medium Curry Paste, white soy sauce, Kombu Tsuyu, white onion, granny smith apple, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and Japanese short gain rice.
