Process Of Submitting Court Fees In Delhi HC Has Resumed, Matters Filed After March 25 Will Now Have To Submit Court Fees Within 15 Days [Read Order]

Delhi High Court has resumed the process of submitting the court fees for both the urgent and non urgent. The said order states that: 'Since the Counters of the Stock Holding Corporation of India have now become functional in the premises of Delhi High Court, it be ensured by all concerned that the requisite court fees is affixed/submitted while filing the matters, physically or through e-filing module.' It is also clarified by the order that the Registry will not be accepting or listing new matters, urgent or non urgent, without the payment of the court fees. Moreover, all the advocates who had filed cases on or after 25.03.2020 without court fees or with deficit court fees are also requested to procure requisite court fees for all such pending/disposed of cases and to submit the same at the respective filing counter within 15 days.
