CM Revanth Reddy vows to implement welfare schemes despite financial constraints
Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy reaffirmed his government’s commitment to fulfilling electoral promises and implementing welfare schemes without compromise. Addressing a public meeting at the ‘Praja Palana Pragati Bata’ programme at Shivunipalli village near Station Ghanpur in the district on Sunday, he emphasised that despite inheriting a huge debt burden, his government is determined to drive development across the state. Warangal, he said, holds historical significance and will be developed as a major city, second only to Hyderabad, and ₹6,500 crore has been allocated for combined Warangal district’s development, with ₹800 crore specifically earmarked for Station Ghanpur constituency. He virtually inaugurated projects worth ₹630.27 crore, including Young India Integrated Residential School in Konayachalam village at ₹200 crore and a new degree college in Ghanpur at ₹5.5 crore.
