2019 Honda Civic launched in India, price starts at Rs 17.69 lakh

Honda Cars India today launched the much-awaited tenth-generation Civic for a starting price of Rs 17,69,900. The 2019 Honda Civic boasts a sporty and aggressive styling with chrome front grill, LED headlights, LED DRLs, LED foglights, C shaped LED taillamps, shark fin antenna and electric sunroof. There is a seven-inch advanced touchscreen audio display with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility, eight speakers including four tweeters, digital TFT multi information display, ivory leather upholstery, three spoke leather steering wheel, dual zone automatic climate control, eight-way power driver seat and electric parking brake with auto brake hold. The new Civic is equipped with a wide range of safety features like six airbags, advanced compatibility engineering body, vehicle stability assist, agile handle assist, hill start assist, anti-lock braking system with electronic brake distribution and brake assist, auto headlamps, motion-adaptive electric power steering, rear seat ISOFIX/ child seat anchorage with tether, rain sensing wiper and auto dimming IRVM, along with pedestrian injury mitigation technology. Certain other features like multi angle rear view camera, walk away auto lock and Honda lane watch camera for detecting blind spots, have also been provided in the Civic 2019.
