Schools reopen in Punjab for classes 5 to 12, students share experience

District Education Officer Satinderbir Singh said, "Today was the first day and most parents and students were not aware of the reopening of schools across Punjab." Punjab Education Minister Vijay Inder Singla had on Wednesday said that following the persistent demand of parents, the state government had decided to reopen all government, semi-government and private schools from January 7.
