Hebbalkar cannot claim credit for Congress office construction, says Ramesh Jarkiholi

The former Minister and BJP MLA Ramesh Jarkiholi has criticised Minister Laxmi Hebbalkar for falsely claiming credit for constructing the district office of the Congress in Belagavi. Ramesh Jarkiholi said that as a Congress leader and district in-charge Minister, he had initiated the process of identifying land and construction of the Congress Bhavan in Belagavi. “It is just that she was the party district president when the building was constructed,” Ramesh Jarkiholi said. To a query, he said that he supported Satish Jarkiholi for reportedly standing up for himself and opposing Mr. Shivakumar in the Congress Legislature Party meeting.
