Kiren Rijiju replaced as Law Minister, Arjun Meghwal takes over
The HinduIn a surprise move, the Narendra Modi government on May 18 removed Kiren Rijiju as Law Minister and appointed Arjun Ram Meghwal as his replacement. Mr. Meghwal replacing Mr. Rijiju points to the fact that possibly for the first time ever, the Law Ministry is not being helmed by a Cabinet Minister.
